The boiler has either packed up, is going to pack up or will no longer be practical. It’s not efficient, changing the use of a room and the boiler is in the way, or a new kitchen.
Don’t Waste Time
Taking time out of your evening or day isn’t ideal. In person surveys are more effective than via technology or phone. A virtual survey is great if you can provide the information required.
Size It Up
A client mobile phone is not the best medium to see and measure every detail of your home. It is possible, but it is not ideal.
It Is All About Hot Water
Using the right equipment to check the incoming water supply is essential. Especially with a combi boiler. A basic, budget combi boiler would be able to heat a large detached house. The hot water would be generally inadequate. The home owner could end up with a poor product with a short life. Or a product that doesn’t have a decent warranty, or performance.
Pen Friends
Email, text and to a lesser degree, FaceTime or Zoom do not always convey the importance of what matters to a client. This is about bang for the buck, it’s about getting the best thing for you. After all it costs a lot of money to change a boiler, it might as well make your life better in some way.
